We are a large company delivering high-volume complex process catering services to an extremely important high-risk population. We observe a comprehensive HACCP-based Food Safety Program which our company takes immense pride in.

From the start, Infocus Management Group actively listened to our company’s specific training needs and they took the time to understand the outcomes we wanted to achieve from the food safety training.

The sessions were tailored to suit our HACCP-based Food Safety Program and the plan to deliver the complex training to 300+ recipients was customised to suit the varying needs of our diverse workforce.

Infocus’ presentation style is VERY engaging. Without fuss the training was effectively delivered at our many site locations across Regional Victoria. The numerous training sessions were extremely well structured and were facilitated with professionalism and purpose.

This was all done through practical examples and with an interactive presentation style. The trainer’s sensitive yet pragmatic approach, contributed to the overall success of the training sessions, and was well received. Interactive learning encouraged discussion, role-playing and demonstrations. I was particularly pleased to see the trainer was able to apply the tools and insights to individual participant’s cases and questions as they arose. All the aspects of our Food Safety Program in relation to HACCP-based Principles & Practices were talked about and followed up with thorough assessment methods to assure competency.
